A la Carte Collections / Pricing
All of our wedding collections are arranged a la carte, so no pre-set packages. How is that different? We will help determine what type of wedding coverage will best suit your day, and build a comprehensive, custom collection around that, balancing what’s important to you, your needs, and financial considerations. Because of this approach, pricing varies significantly. Our editorial photography style primarily lends itself to black tie luxury wedding events, or give us some boho chic, and that’s right in our lane as well.
Booking / Payment Details
After we determine what collection best suits your needs, we will put together a fully detailed proposal for you, contained within a personal, private Client Site. Your Client Site consolidates everything you need to review collection details and reserve your date with MHP. This includes proposal approval, payment scheduling*, digital contract enabled for electronic signature, and invoice (where we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover for your convenience). Everything streamlined in one place, easily accessible.
*Our standard payment schedule requires a 50% retainer with balance due 30 days prior to event. Custom payment schedules are available upon request.
Each event we shoot is different, and requires a tailored approach. A photography schedule is absolutely critical in ensuring that coverage is appropriately allocated on wedding day. This is your photographer’s responsibility; not your wedding planners. We take this part seriously and make sure that you’re receiving the best recommendations that lend to a collection consistent with our shooting style and portfolio. To accomplish this, we put together a custom coverage schedule before the big day based on your wedding timeline, suited specifically to your event. This ensures that everyone knows what will take place with photo/film throughout the day, in advance, helping to eliminate the need for day-of changes or any unnecessary confusion. It also ensures you are receiving the best and most efficient coverage possible.
Our standard return timeframe for wedding photography is six weeks. This is usually a good balance between our overall workload and spending quality time on every collection we deliver. We of course always aim to deliver previews in the meantime.
Associates + Second Shooters
Our team consists of a number of talented creatives, committed to delivering superior quality art to our clients. MHP is represented not only by our Chief Photographer and Founder, Madison Hope, but our associate photographers (primary photographers who also are available to shoot lead for wedding events) and the second shooters who support them. Together, we are able to execute MHP’s delivery in elevating the wedding-industry standard for unique, high end photography and film. If you are interested in working with an associate, you are provided a portfolio specific to the photographer available for your review. Our second shooters are assigned approximately 30 days prior to an event based on compatibility of schedules, travel, etc. Inquire with us to find out more.
Travel / Where We Work
Our main markets are Florida, California and New York, but we travel ALL the time and to anywhere in the world. Operating on a consistent and diverse travel platform, we’re able to subsidize travel costs, so we never charge additional fees on top of your collection. Collection costs are all-inclusive. International, or multi day coverage events are quoted on a per-collection basis.
MHP Client Guide
A large part of producing a high end wedding collection happens in the planning phase. The more our couples know about what’s going to happen behind the scenes on wedding day, the better. How much time it takes to photograph a bride and groom session, for example, in contrast to whether there will be a first look and when the ceremony will begin…these are just a few examples of components that will play heavily into the overall optimal coverage of your wedding day.

Every image delivered is individually hand edited and completed in-house by Madison which allows us to produce consistent portfolios, truly representative of what you can expect to ultimately receive. We never outsource the editing process or have another team member complete it, as it is largely responsible for how a photo looks: color, saturation, shadows, framing, etc. A different editor means a completely different final product! As such, we hold ourselves to a high standard in delivering a full collection consistently in line with our unique editing style. We pride ourselves in this process and take tremendous consideration with each collection we deliver.
These sessions can be reserved as a stand alone collection, or added to any wedding collection at a subsidized rate. The shoot includes up to one hour of coverage, one wardrobe change and two shooting locations (in close proximity). Approximately 50+ hand edited, hi-resolution images will be uploaded to a cloud-hosted gallery which provides the option to place print orders and download your images to any computer, USB or alternative storage device.
What to Bring
Just your outfits, and maybe some bubbles! If you would like to include your pet in a portion of your session, a friend or family member should be present to doggy-sit (or cat-sit, pls bring your cat) after their portion of the session is complete.
Digital images will be available approximately two weeks after your session date.
Location / Travel
If you don’t have a specific location in mind, please let us know, and we will make recommendations for you based on the type of scenery/aesthetic you’re interested in. We are available to travel for engagement sessions.
When to Book
Engagement sessions are typically shot anywhere from one year, up to four months before the big day. If using an image for your Save the Date, these are usually sent out 4-6 months before the wedding, something to keep in mind when scheduling!

WHAT TO BRING / HAIR + MAKEUP
Bring just your outfits! We are able to consult on how your wardrobe selections will photograph prior to your session. At your request, we can provide contact for our go-to hair and makeup artist who is available for in-studio application.
Digital images will be available approximately two weeks after your session date
LOCATION / TRAVEL
All sessions are shot in our studio space in Orlando, FL. Rare exceptions can be made--please contact for more details
WHEN TO BOOK
If you are using your boudoir images as a wedding or anniversary gift, please keep in mind that the session edit takes approximately two week. Then, if you are considering an album, these can take up to eight weeks to design, manufacture and ship. In this case, we recommend scheduling no later than 10 weeks prior to the date needed. If you are considering ordering individual prints on the other hand, these are produced much quicker--they usually take about a week to be delivered. In this case, you would only need to schedule about 4 weeks in advance.
Availability / Approach
Videography collections for wedding events are available exclusively to clients who choose to reserve their photography with MHP. This approach not only allows us to provide a cohesive collection (so your photos and video look like they “go together”), but it also means that once your date is reserved for photography, it is also reserved for film*. You’re able to add video to your photo collection at any point before the big day, so if you’re undecided on the film component initially, you get the benefit of having the date reserved and more time to weigh this option without being concerned about availability. Providing wedding films exclusively with photography collections also provides a streamlined workflow. That is, photographers are usually responsible for most of the creative direction on wedding day, while videographers documents that approach, so staying within our ecosystem is an important part of maintaining artistic integrity in our films; not to mention, it speeds up the actual shooting day, lending to more efficient coverage. As you may notice in our Films portfolio, we emphasize creating films that are in-line with the particular wedding style we’re shooting and overall feel of the day.
*Videography is also available for associate collections. If we have multiple weddings in one day, there may be a potential availability conflict for videography, although this instance is rare.
We offer two options for wedding films. The first documents the bride/groom and bride/groom, focusing on their love and connection throughout the wedding day. This option is what we refer to as our “Love Story” film—and it usually includes coverage from the preparation and details through first dances (five hour coverage). This option yields a fully edited, color graded, 3-4 minute film delivered via a cloud hosted platform, allowing for direct download to any computer, USB or other storage device. Our films are shot in 1080p and include fully licensed musical track(s). The second option is more of a traditional wedding film that includes coverage from the preparation and details through the reception (eight hours). This coverage option yields a 6-8 minute film and will include all components of our Love Story film along with scenes from the reception “party” portion of the day, i.e. dancing, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.
Typically our films are fully edited within a 10 week timeframe.

Image Delivery / Products
Every collection includes delivery via an online professional gallery that provides cloud-hosted storage for your edited images, and the ability to download your hi-resolution files to a computer, USB or other storage device (we do not charge an additional cost for downloads, or limit the number of downloads allowed).
The gallery enables direct sharing to social media platforms, so images aren't compressed through practices such as screen-shotting. Your gallery also features an integrated professional print shop. Ordering professional prints directly from your gallery is as simple as adding selected image(s) to your cart and choosing desired size and material. Family and friends with gallery access are also be able to utilize the professional print shop. International and rush shipping is available.
If you prefer not to use the integrated print shop, we do include a personal rights release in our contracts, so you are able to print your images anywhere you like.
All product purchases are available after collection delivery via your online gallery. Seeing your images first allows you to get a better idea of how you would like particular photos displayed before committing to a print purchase upfront, and it also means that we're able to create separation between the "service" and "product" transactions of your collection. This is a big deal...it means you do not pay sales tax on the entire collection as would be required if product were included upfront. This approach often pays for your print or album purchase with the amount foregone in sales tax, and it allows us to offer competitive pricing for professional prints.
In addition to our integrated professional print shop, we also offer albums professionally designed by MHP. Selecting images you would like included in your album design is a streamlined process of simply “favoriting” images within your gallery. Albums take up to eight weeks to design, manufacture and ship.
